Exchange & Return Policy

Your satisfaction means the most to us!

You may request a size exchange or return your order within 24 hours of receiving it, as long as the item is in brand-new condition, in its original packaging, and with all stickers attached. Please email us at basiccouture.am@gmail.com with your order number (found in the confirmation email you receive after placing your order) and the details of the item(s) you’d like to exchange or return.

Please note:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Color exchanges are not allowed.
• Exchanges and refunds require additional processing time and may take 7–10 working days to be delivered, which is longer than regular orders.
