• At Delivery: Orders can’t be opened or checked at the door. You must accept or refuse the full order — no partial returns at delivery.
  • After Delivery: Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days via the Return/Exchange Form on the website. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags attached.
  • Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or incorrect, shipping is covered by the store. For all other cases (e.g., size or color change), return shipping fees are deducted from the refund.
  • Processing:
    • Exchanges: depend on stock availability.
    • Refunds: are processed after inspection.
    • Returns/exchanges take 3–8 business days to complete.
