FAQ

Delivery
  • Local delivery typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location.
  • Business days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
At Delivery
  • Orders cannot be opened or inspected at the door.
  • You may accept or refuse the order in full.
  • Partial returns at delivery are not allowed.
Returns & Exchanges
  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days via our return/exchange form on the website.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection, usually within 3–8 business days.
Shipping Fees
  • Defective items or incorrect products (wrong size, color, or style) → we cover shipping in full.
  • Other returns (size change, color change, personal preference) → return shipping fee deducted from refund.
International Shipping

Currently not available, but we hope to offer this option soon.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified once placed.

Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet left the warehouse, which usually takes up to 48 hours.

  • Customer information collected for orders, returns, or UGC submissions is used solely to process requests and communicate updates.
  • We respect your privacy and never share personal data without consent
