FAQ
Delivery
- Local delivery typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location.
- Business days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
At Delivery
- Orders cannot be opened or inspected at the door.
- You may accept or refuse the order in full.
- Partial returns at delivery are not allowed.
Returns & Exchanges
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days via our return/exchange form on the website.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Refunds are processed after inspection, usually within 3–8 business days.
Shipping Fees
- Defective items or incorrect products (wrong size, color, or style) → we cover shipping in full.
- Other returns (size change, color change, personal preference) → return shipping fee deducted from refund.
International Shipping
Currently not available, but we hope to offer this option soon.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified once placed.
Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet left the warehouse, which usually takes up to 48 hours.

- Customer information collected for orders, returns, or UGC submissions is used solely to process requests and communicate updates.
- We respect your privacy and never share personal data without consent
