Exchange & Return Policy:

We want you to love your purchase!

However, if you need to return or exchange an item, here's how it works:

You may request a return or Exchange within 14 days of receiving your order by submitting a request through our return/ exchange form blow website.

· Items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

· Shipping fees:

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product (including incorrect size, color, or style), we will cover the return/ exchange shipping costs in full.

In all other cases (e.g. size change, color change, or personal preference), the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges are subject to availability, and refunds will be processed after inspection. Please allow 3-8 business days for your return or exchange to be completed.

Our customer support team is available all Weekdays, from 10:00 am to 12:00 am.

How to Submit a Return

Use the same email and order number from your order confirmation.

2. Select your items

Choose the product(s) you’d like to return.

3. Choose a reason

Let us know why you’re returning the item, this helps us improve.

4. Add details (optional)

You can include a short note if there’s anything we should know.

5. Upload photos (if needed)

If your item is defective or incorrect, add a few clear photos.

6. Select your preferred option

Choose whether you’d like a refund, store credit, or exchange.

7. Review and submit

Make sure everything looks right, then submit your request.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with the next steps once your request is sent.
